November Task of the Month

For the month of thanks, why are you and/or your club thankful for Key Club? You can describe certain experiences or examples!

EX: I have two main reasons why I am grateful for Key Club: the friends I've made and the countless opportunities KC has given me to become a better individual and servant leader. To begin with, when I first joined the board, I was too nervous to approach anyone and start up a conversation, but I realized everyone was very friendly and easy to converse with. With my 2.5 years on the District Board, I've made so many new friends that I now have a lifelong bond with and look forward to meeting at the in-person board meetings! Secondly, being introduced into a wonderful world of service really brought out the best in my leadership abilities. I was able to work and improve on my public speaking skills, communication skills, and time management skills. In addition, I was able to volunteer for many diverse organizations such as the food bank, aquarium, my school's swim meets, children's daycare center, etc. This has shown me that service is a community-wide thing that can positively impact everyone's lives.
