Here you will find all the applications, information, and guides for LEDCON 2025 Contests and Awards.
All Contests and Awards applications will be released February 3, 2025. All applications are due March 26 at 11:59PM with no exceptions. All entries submitted after the date will not be evaluated or considered.
Before you submit, please double-check the C&A Code for specific attachments you may need for your application.

DUE MARCH 26th @ 11:59pm. The following awards below will be submitted and judged from Google Form Submissions. Submissions after the deadline will be assumed as disqualified, there will be no exceptions.

Online Sign-Up & In-Person Submissions
The following awards require an In-Person Submission and Online Sign-Up. Upon arrival at LEDCON, please submit the materials/items required in the C&A Code to the Contests and Awards Room.
If your contest requires a GENERIC ITEMIZED COST FORM or an ANNUAL ACHIEVEMENT REPORT, please scroll to the bottom of the page for a PDF or look in the Contest and Awards Tab!
Require In-Person Backup Material
The following awards require a sign-up form, but will be held in person. Once you have submitted the form please keep an eye out for an email/update with additional information about the award. Upon arrival at LEDCON please check in at the Contest and Awards room.

Online Sign-Up & In-Person Check-In
Email Submission Only
The following awards do not require an online submission form or any in-person check-in; however, in order to enter, they do require an email to the corresponding grader.
No Submission Required
For the following awards your club does not need to submit any form or check-in at the convention. They will be graded based on data/submissions throughout the year.
Additional Opportunities
For the following awards, they will only be judged by the International Committee. These awards will not be judged at T-O LEDCON but still remains as an amazing opportunity!
