Subject: Convention Contract


Our district's bookkeeper demands a copy of our "contract" with the hotel before approving our Purchase order for Convention or WOAL. How can our club advisor get a copy so we can go to Convention/WOAL??????????
Do any other clubs have this requirement?

Any of that information can be requested from the District Administrator or our K-Family Meeting Coordinator. The District Admin is Patrick Schibi and our Meeting Coordinator is Marellie Robinson. I'm not positive if they will release it to members, so it would be best if a Faculty or Kiwanis Advisor requested the information from them. Their information can be found on the District Board section of the website. Hope this helps!
