| Our club recently elected an asssitant secretary to help record hours. How do I go about making her an official member of the board and do I include her in the october report? |

| You can update her in your club's COCRF to make her an official member, but it is only required that you sign the reports. Does that answer your question? |

 Location: Norman, OK | For Monthly Reports submitted to the District Secretary, clubs should fill out a Monthly Report form, a Meeting Minutes form for every general and board meeting, and a Monthly Activity form that should elaborate each meeting, social, event, and service project that took place during the month of the report. |
