Monthly Report form   This form is used by the club secretary as part of his or her monthly report submission.  For more information on accurately completing this form, go to the Secretary's Archive or download the Jolly Book of Wisdom.

Club Minutes Report Form   This form is used by the club secretary as part of his or her monthly report submission.  For more information on accurately completing this form, go to the Secretary's Archive or download the Jolly Book of Wisdom.
 
Lt. Governor Candidacy Form   This form is used when a member chooses to run for the position of lieutenant governor.  The form must be completed and submitted prior to the election which takes place at a Division Election Conference.
 
Lt. Governor Requirements   This document includes a list of all of the duties and responsibilities of a Divisional Lt. Governor. If you have any questions about what being a Lt. Governor is like, this should answer many of your questions!
 
Governor Candidacy Form   This form is used when a member chooses to run for District Governor of the Texas-Oklahoma District.  The form must be completed and submitted to the District Administrator by the deadline indicated on the form.
 
Staff Officer Candidacy Form   This form is used when a member chooses to run for a district staff officer position other than governor.  The form must be completed and submitted to the District Administrator by the deadline indicated on the form.
 
District Letterhead   This letterhead can be used for any official correspondence you wish to make on behalf of your Key Club.

The following proposed bylaws and code amendments were passed by the Texas-Oklahoma District Board during the 2009-2010 term. These amendments will be brought before the House of Delegates at District Convention, 2009 for approval.
