Welcome to the COCRF Center! What is a COCRF you ask? A COCRF is a "Club Officer Certification Report Form." This form certifies the results of your club elections as a District Record and also provides a method of communication between clubs. On the COCRF form, you will be asked to enter personal information for each member. Be assured that none of this information will be shared with anyone but your District Board save for name and e-mail. In order to reach the maximum number of members and individual officers, we ask that you answer all parts of the form that are applicable to you club.
