Every year, the District Governor chooses a project for the Texas-Oklahoma District to participate in. IP Governor Brian chose The B.R.O. (Brother’s Reaching Out) Project as his Governor’s Project, which benefits the Children’s Miracle Network.
Throughout the Key Club year, T-O clubs made a significant impact in assisting the Children’s Miracle Network. 57 clubs across T-O participated raising an astounding $18,113.52 for CMN. Moreover, 6,855 total man hours were also dedicated to the B.R.O. Project. Congratulations on your amazing effort T-O!

Imagine the safety you feel when you know that you can take your brother, sister, friend, or any child into a hospital and they will be treated. Period. There is no question about money or compensation until after the patient is treated. This all sounds too good to be true. To most it would sound like a dream or fantasy, but to those who have witnessed the care, it’s a miracle.
Children’s Miracle Network, a network of hospitals across the nation, provides this care to all of their patients. This miraculous care is what has saved the lives of children from Maine to California and even here within our two states. Children’s Miracle Network hospitals total over 170 across the United States, and over 20 of them can be found here within our District. These hospitals change our communities and as Key Clubbers, we can help them.
The B.R.O. Project is an effort for the clubs of Texas-Oklahoma to get behind and support Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals across our District. We are brothers and sisters in service, where we do our best to serve our homes, schools and communities. This project is something that allows us to serve all three areas at once. Through fundraising and direct service, we can reach out to these children who mean so much to us and mean so much to the world.
Any child, even many of our Key Club members, can be treated in these hospitals. Many of us know somebody who has been saved because of the efforts of this great organization. It is through the work of passionate volunteers like us that the Children’s Miracle Network is able to provide the miraculous care. Key Club is the reason why miracles happen, and we can make sure that more miracles happen with our unified efforts.
